SERVICE AGREEMENT & OPERATIONAL POLICIES

By engaging the services of Elegant Transfer Paros, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure the safety, punctuality, and premium quality of our transportation services across Paros.

1. Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is considered confirmed only after you receive a formal confirmation email from our dispatch team.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge. Late cancellations or "no-shows" may be subject to a full service fee.

3. Flight & Ferry Delays

We monitor arrivals in real-time. However, Elegant Transfer Paros is not responsible for delays caused by carrier schedules. We provide a 60-minute complimentary waiting period for airport pickups.

4. Passenger Conduct

We maintain a strictly non-smoking fleet. Elegant Transfer Paros reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger exhibiting abusive behavior or appearing to be under extreme intoxication.

5. Liability Limitation

While we strive for absolute punctuality, Elegant Transfer Paros is not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, road accidents, or unforeseen mechanical failures beyond our control. Our primary goal is always your safety.
